Then over to Omaka, to meet Rodney of Rodney's Aviation Ramblings. Rodney arrived from Wellington in Wellington Aero Club's Piper PA-28-181 ZK-FHQ

Two other visiting PA-28s on the field were Piper PA-28-140 ZK-CIJ, a privately owned Timaru based bird. And also Piper PA-28-161 ZK-MBK of Massey University School of Aviation.
Also arriving on the field was a North American Harvard in USAF colours - pics can be seen on Rodney's blog HERE

I also noted [but no photo] what appeared to be a PA28 from Canterbury Aero Club outside the Marlborough Aero Club office/hanger after our visit to the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre.
Good to finally meet you in person!
